Senior Associate IS Business System Analyst - Device Operations

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Endpoint Administrator will provide critical ongoing application support and active monitoring for Windows devices and key applications and associated processes. The candidate must be able to work collaboratively within the IT & business teams to ensure processes are running efficiently as expected. Candidate must be self-motivated and autonomous, proficient in communication both written and verbal, and experienced with application support processes.

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Manage new and existing policies and settings for Windows devices using Workspace One, Intune, and SCCM management platforms.

  • Coordinate and manage software deployments by overseeing pilot feedback and incorporating changes into production deployments.

  • Continuously engage application owners to ensure that business applications are up-to-date and align with modern standards.

  • Facilitate user communications and organizational change management when changes are being implemented (outages, upgrades, attribute changes, etc.)

  • Support the M365 application suite experience by investigating and improving the stability of the suite and ensures compatibility with other corporate applications.

  • Investigate and resolves systemic issues and problems with operating systems, application compatibility, and security agents.

  • Monitor and optimize network printers and print servers to improve performance, availability, and security across the network. Manage print queues, drivers, and permissions, ensuring that users have appropriate access to print resources.

  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and troubleshoot issues related to endpoints and applications.

  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards and enforce security best practices.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU

Minimum requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as an Endpoint Administrator or a similar business facing role.

  • At least 3 year experience troubleshooting Windows and core applications like Microsoft Office and Teams.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • Proficient in Workspace One, Intune, SCCM, or equivalent endpoint management platforms.

  • Working knowledge of ITSM and experience with ServiceNow or similar tool.

  • Experience writing and maintaining PowerShell scripts.

  • Ability to address rapidly changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Passionate about customer service and how it can transform businesses.

  • Excellent project management skills and ability to multitask with ease.

Preferred requirements

  • Certifications in Workspace One or Intune or related technologies.

  • Proficient in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting various print devices and servers, such as Lexmark and Zebra printers.

  • Experience with M365 Copilot for Microsoft Office and Edge browser.
