What you will do

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will support development and execution of annual US brand strategy, strategic plan, messaging, and tactics to raise awareness and provide education to the IgG4-RD patient and physician communities.

  • Interview KOLs and community HCPs across several specialties to develop DSE and Branded campaigns and messaging.

  • Support in the onboarding of new team members, including field team members, as the launch team continues to expand; collaborate with team members across the IgG4-RD launch team to evolve messaging and tactics as we prepare to launch UPLIZNA in the IgG4-RD market.

  • Lead/support Congress activities including booth design and collateral surround sound pieces (together with NPP team) that aim to establish UPLIZNA as the treatment of choice for HCPs.

  • Collaborate with sales training to develop content that ensures effective and influential execution of promotional resources.

  • Demonstrate the ability to work with cross functional teams (e.g., global marketing, regulatory, legal, medical affairs, SMLs, market research, market access, sales operations and sales training) to pressure test upcoming tactics, messaging, and other professional marketing initiatives as needed.

  • Manage agencies, approval process, and production for development of professional strategies including IVAs, reprint carriers, conference booth materials, and emails/fragments.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Doctorate degree and 2 years of marketing or operations experience

  • Master’s degree and 4 years of marketing or operations experience

  • Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of marketing or operations experience

  • Associate’s degree and 10 years of marketing or operations experience

  • High school diploma / GED and 12 years of marketing or operations experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strategic thinking and ability to concisely translate complex scientific topics to a wide range of audiences.

  • Forward-thinking, ability to lead and influence multi-disciplinary teams.

  • Experience working with multiple projects and managing multiple external vendors.

  • Strong planning, project management, communication, collaboration, and organization skills.

  • Understanding of the principles of brand management, including brand positioning, messaging & overall campaign execution.

  • Requires approximately 30% travel, including some overnight and weekend commitments.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Professional, proactive demeanor.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
